无解，【IE7】使用了filter来支持PNG的Alpha通道以实现透明的效果，但是fadeOut()和fadein()会破坏fileter.

话说这问题感觉像5、6年前的。。难道是做万恶的政府机关页面，不然现在哪还用得着管IE6/7？
