python - Apache+ModWSGI flask API endpoint http headers not set

Question

I have a problem with setting Link in the Response headers. On my localhost where flask application is served via flask server, http headers are set (see image below), but when I transfer it to the VPS where flask application is served via Apache 2.4.29 + ModWSGI 4.5.17, "Link" param is not available.

I found similar issue where headers are ignored by the server since they had illegal characters (underscore), but I don't have such illegal characters.

Should I add some configuration to my Apache server or maybe I'm missing some module.
