elementui tree使用懒加载功能后，不能使用过滤节点

懒加载，过滤节点，分开使用没有问题

懒加载不用自带的lazy，:load="loadNode"，而是通过node-click事件去判断，手动懒加载，这种懒加载方式filter可以过滤到节点。而用自带的这两个，就触发不了了，不懂为啥，过滤节点总是说暂无数据。
