python - How can I drag mouse with pyautogui until happen something?

Hello I want to drag mouse horizontally until something happen. For example mouse dragging from (x1,y1) to (x2,y1), I pressed a key between this coordinates. Dragging have to be end.

I tried move(), moveto(), moveRel(), drag(), dragTo() etc.

I guess program should be similar with this :

while x!='q':
    if x='q':
        break
    else:
        pyautogui.drag(-100, 0, 2)

How can I stop this dragging?

Also I tried to pyautogui.FA?LSAFE = false for fluent dragging. I may have made a mistake with the methods I tried.
