access struct fields based on their index in LLVM

I have the following struct:

%struct.A = type { i256, i256, i256 }

The struct is returned by the function func, in the end of the function, I return the struct using this code:

%r1 = insertvalue %struct.A undef, i256 %input1 , 0
%r2 = insertvalue %struct.A %r1 , i256 %input2 , 1
%r3 = insertvalue %struct.A %r2 , i256 %input3 , 2
ret %struct.A %r3

I would like to access the values of the three inputs I entered in the function when I call it and the struct is returned:

%r5 = call %struct.A @func()

Thank you in advance.
