outlook - Can I add a CC to Office 365 Room Decline notices?

Question

We have set up Room Resources in Office 365 so they decline meetings with conflicts. However, we would like these decline notices to be CCed to our development team, as the people who are notified often miss or ignore the notification, and we want to implement a secondary notification system. Is there any way to set up this CC process?
