networking - Monitoring outgoing packets with python

I want to find out how can I monitor all outgoing packets through my computer to a specific IP using python.

How can I do that?

I think scapy might be helpful to you.

With scapy, you can use the sniff function to monitor all packets through some interface, from there you can easily filter the data with the lfilter parameter.
