mediastream - How To Implement SFU/MCU for WebRTC Based Video Conferencing Solution?

I want to implement a video conferencing solution based on webRTC. It works fine if less participants. If participants count increase the problem comes, video and audio are two slow. I know SFU/MCU is the solution for my problem. But, how to implement this practically? Any practical docs available? and any coding change needed for this from webRTC side or signaling side?. Or its Completely Networking side?.Does turn server automatically handle this? Thanks in advance.
