php - WORDPRESS lost password Mail Link URL convert special character & to #038;

Question

Hello I m Using WP user frontend for login page for my site When I creating lost password Link then Link send parameter KEY and login in URL Using & and i will use them using $_GET['key'] and $_GET['Login']..but URL convert & to #038; so I m unable to get key value and it pass error like Invalid Key value...Anyone pls help.. I m already try WP texturize filter, Simply remove in my theme function file but it is not helpful
