c# - Microsoft visual studio isn't installing my packages program - OGeek|极客中国-技术改变生活,极客改变未来

I've been stuck with an issue with Microsoft Visual Studios. I'm creating a package.json and added dependencies jQuery and bootstrap when I save it and click show all folders in the Solution Explorer I don't get the node_modules added. I'm a little stuck and wanted to know if someone could help me out with this issue. Here what I have so far

Here what the instructors got I'm following along with Step One adding NPM file Step Two Adding Jquery and Bootstrap to package.json dependencies Step Three click saved and go to Solution Explorer and click Show All Files I don't know why when I do it I don't get node_modules added to my program any help would be helpful
