task - Close browser if a specific URL is entered

Im not an IT guy, so please forgive me for a any stupid questions and hope you can guide me in the best way a lay man can understand

How to Close browser (Google Chrome) if a specific URL is entered on windows 10 using Task Scheduler.

I need this as my son gets into a website that he is not allowed in

Well, if you want to take care of your son, use an app for child management through Microsoft, which allows complete control over your son's websites, apps and screen time. He can ask for permission to use the site but cannot visit it until approved. You can reject/ignore the request and he still can't get in. There's more, check it out!
