Description

This repository contains Jupyter Notebooks files and also a CSV dataset example sample file used in the tutorial mission Use Machine Learning to Process Service Requests.

This sample uses one of the services of the commercial SAP product line SAP AI Business Services: Service Ticket Intelligence. For details on how to use these sample files, see the tutorial mission Use Machine Learning to Process Service Requests.

Requirements

• Service Ticket Intelligence (SAP AI Business Services and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) commercial service) or a Free Trial Account on SAP BTP
• Jupyter Notebook
• Ananconda Python (version 3.7)

Download these files directly from GitHub as a ZIP file, or by using the git command line tool:

Data and License

This repository contains a CSV dataset example sample file that is a small dataset of service request tickets on complaints received about financial products and services. The dataset was obtained from Kaggle Simulations. It is originaly from DATA.GOV. The Dataset is licensed under CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0) Public Domain Dedication that waives copyright interest in a work you've created and dedicates it to the world-wide public domain.
