neo4j - Cypher request with ON CREATE SET, ON MATCH SET and SET?

Question

Is it possible to have the three condition in the same request : ON CREATE SET, ON MATCH SET and just SET to apply a modification in any case. For timestamps for example ?

Something like (just for the example, not a real case) :

MERGE (p:Player {id:5})
ON CREATE SET p.status="NEW"
ON MATCH SET p.status="KNOWN"
SET p.lastUpdated=datetime()
RETURN p
