ios - Disable sending sms to myself in swift

Everyone. I'm developing an iMessage extension with Swift. It is similar to this. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/polls-for-imessage/id1142329922

All iOS developers will know that an iPhone user can send sms to himself anytime. Every time user sends sms to himself using my extension, app must check and disable it by showing an alert to phone owner to prevent users not create high Ranks they self. At least, extension should notice user is sending a poll to himself. Is there any way to do this?
