javascript - Setting exception domain for SameSite=Strict cookie

Question

My cookie needs to be SameSite=Strict for all domains except one. For example, the cookie is sent from foo.com -> bar.com -> foo.com. Currently foo.com receives the cookie but it's filtered out due to SameSite=Strict.

How do I enable this?
