python - Finding the list of numbers which return a certain sum from another list of numbers

Question

I have an excel document with 60 records (double), from this list I have to sum 10 of them to give me an exact desired result (139,44 for example). Can be all combinations but just 10 digits must be summed. Any idea how to achieve this? Maybe using some algorithm in python as i am learning python atm?
