Using a case insensitive match, you could use

NOTs+(?!NOT)w+

• NOTs+ A word boundary, match NOT and 1+ whitespace chars
• (?!NOT) Negativelookahead, assert that NOT is not at the right
• w+ Match 1+ word characters
