python - Setting up MQTT broker

Question

I'm trying to set up the MQTT broker but I'm having lots of problems with it.

I'm using Bootcamp in macOS with Windows and when I try to connect my IMUs and run the Arduino's code, the ESP8266 can't connect to the MQTT server.

I need help to set up the broker and let the ESP send messages from the IMU. I'm using the IP address I got when I connected my Iphone XS to the computer as the MQTT server in the Arduino's code but I think there's the problem.
