fortran77 - Error when using f2py to use fortran code from python

I am currently trying to get some Fortran 77 code as a python module using f2py, but whenever I run the script, I get an error:

C:Users[REDACTED]OneDriveDesktopsse/sse.f:97: undefined reference to `zcnsts_'
C:Users[REDACTED]OneDriveDesktopsse/sse.f:134: undefined reference to `evolv1_'

zcnsts and evolv1 are .f files in the same directory used by sse.f, there are also more files in the same directory. What I want is to be able to use sse.f and all the other files in the same directory in python. I'm using gfortran as the compiler and I'm on Windows 10, also I'm using python 3.
