windows - Vagrant Provision not working on Vagrant up : The configured shell (config.ssh.shell) is invalid

ON Vagrant UP I am getting Error:

The configured shell (config.ssh.shell) is invalid and unable to properly execute commands. The most common cause for this is using a shell that is unavailable on the system. Please verify you're using the full path to the shell and that the shell is executable by the SSH user.

Event though I am getting this error : vagrant DB is working fine but vagrant provison not working not I am able to do vagrant ssh, when doing vagrant ssh I am getting error:

This service allows sftp connections only. Connection to 127.0.0.1 closed.

I am noob to vagrant so I have no clue what other data is needed from my end so that someone can help me with same.

I started facing this issue once I installed sftp in vagrant when it was running, as soon as I restarted my device I started facing this issue
