Formula to count filtered data only

Question

I am using these formula to count and sum data but I would like to know how I can modify them to count only visible data (filtered):

=SUMIFS($U$11:$U$499,$X$11:$X$499,">="&EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)+1,$X$11:$X$499,"<"&EOMONTH(TODAY(),0)+1) =COUNTIFS($X$11:$X$499,">="&EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)+1,$X$11:$X$499,"<"&EOMONTH(TODAY(),0)+1)
