google cloud platform - Cannot find module '/workspace/use' on Cloudbuild

Question

I am attempting to make a deployment to firebase using cloud build triggers, everything seems to work fine until it reaches the use command in my cloudbuild.yml and cannot find the workspace/use module. Has anyone seen anything like this before?
