excel - Power Query: Workbook links to workbook in another computer/physical location

Question

New to VBA, Power Query, all the fun stuff in Excel and programming in general.

I've been able to setup a query from workbook to workbook.

Now, I want to hand this workbook (the mirror, not the source) to one of my employees so that they can reference it on their computer.

I thought I could just save the mirror workbook on OneDrive and share the file with the person. But on their end, they can't refresh (refresh fails). It works fine in my computer (the mirror refreshes as intended and updates). But when I share the mirror file to them, and we check on their computer, the mirror file opens with the data, but the query is disabled and refresh indicates fail.

So finally getting to the question, how can I setup a query that references a workbook that's located in someone else's computer? Is this even possible?
