python - create similar nodes and edges and other Chart structural features in generate graph alogorithm

I'm a python newbie to ask questions for the first time. I thought about creating a network graph in python. While keeping the number of nodes, edges, and clusters, only one value is different graph. Can you get hints on how to make such graphs and source code? Assuming we build an algorithm that creates multiple candidates and selects the best graph from them. Is greedy algorithm good?
