flutter - resource fork, Finder information, or similar detritus not allowed

Question

I am develop an app using flutter(1.22.5), sometimes when I build the project it shows error:

/Users/dolphin/Documents/GitHub/cruise-open/build/ios/Debug-iphonesimulator/Runner.app: resource fork, Finder information, or similar detritus not allowed
    Command CodeSign failed with a nonzero exit code
    note: Using new build system
    note: Building targets in parallel
    note: Planning build
    note: Constructing build description

I am searching from internet and tell me it is Apple's security policy and just using this command to fix it:

sudo xattr -rc .

I do it, it could fix it problem. But sometimes it shows again and again, I must using this sudo xattr -rc . again and again. someone could tell me the detail reason about this and what should I do to fix it perminant? I do not wish to handle this problem again, any one could tell me the deep reason? the more deeper, more better(I am tried search from internet but no one could explain it from deep, just tell how, but do not tell why).
