node.js - socket io React Node setup

Question

I'm trying to implement chat via socket.io in React node app. The connection between back and front not working. client side dose console io Object while at server side nothing happened . I tried all method from the official documents, unfortunately with no success. in comment its just another way to make it connect, which does not work.. what am I doing wrong? enter image description here
