python - Pyinstaller can't find moudle

Question

I have Successfully installed pyinstaller on windows. The exe file instantly crashed at opening but if I drag it to terminal I receive error - "cant find moudle ----" --- is one of the moudles I'm using .

So far I have tried to:

• Write the command python -v -m file.py to find all second leveled imports , then i listed them all and tried to import them at the beginning of the py file.
• Use relative imports.
• Switch computer.
• Switch operating system (tried on mac os 11 as well).
• Use --hidden-import then write all the moudles and second imported moudles.

None worked I'm desperate any help would be appreciated.
