sql server - SAP B1: Transaction Notification for Journal Voucher Removal

Question

I want to block users(all) from removing Journal Vouchers in SAP Business One, I can achieve this via transaction notification but there seems to be lacking in my code. I have done TN's but for adding and updating only, not Deleting(the case for JV removal)

Here:
