Android SDK Manager log on Windows

Question

I cannot sync the project and failed. I opened SDK Manager.exe, and it has the following tips:

Fetching https://dl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-2.xml
Fetched Add-ons List successfully
Fetching URL: https://dl.google.com/android/repository/repository-11.xml

What does it mean? Maybe I should not use proxy?
