entity not loading in dynamics marketing

Question

I have three environments: test, dev and production. There is an entity 'Customer Journey Templates' which doesn't open in the test environment, only loading spinner is visible and it's spinning non-stop. Everything is the same between those three environments, except one thing, dev and test are updated with new marketing updated, but that can't be the reason for my problem because in dev everything is fine.

Views are the same for Customer Journey templates across all of the environments.

What's the problem ?
