vue.js - Reactive v-radio (Radiobutton) Vue

Question

I try to construct a reactive radio button in a form, but when I validate the form all validators indicate that fields are necessary except the radio buttons. You can see the thing that I said in this image:

I have the next code in mi 'form.html':
