python - ImportError with the library ruamel to use pyquil QVM

Question

I am using Visual Code Studio for MacBook and have Python 3.8.2 64-bit

So i installed the pyquil sdk and all the stuff and I want to use the QVM to test some Quantum Gates .... But I actually get this error

I updated all that stuff and tried

from ruamel import yaml

And get the same error

The only think what I can do is

from ruamel_yaml import YAML 

that is working but still not useful.
