vue.js - Window.open(base64, '_system') didn't work Quasar/Vue

Question

I try to open my base64 using Window.open but it returning blank page and my file didn't show

Base64 : data:application/pdf;base64,JVBERi0xLjQKJcfsj6IKMzAgMCBvYmoKPDwvT....(blablabla)

but when i open a new tab and paste this base64 string it showing my file, i just can't use window.open() to open my base64
