windows 10 - Python Split many (2000) video 4 parts without downloading software

Question

I have more than 2000 videos in a folder, and I need to split them into 4 parts. It would be foolish to split them one by one using photos app, so I needed a python program to split it. I would give it a list from

from os import listdir
from os.path import isfile, join
onlyfiles = [f for f in listdir(mypath) if isfile(join(mypath, f))]

As I don't have antivirus, I am not downloading any software ??
