version control - Jedi VCS Server GUI does not show

Question

Delphi Seattle 10 JVCS 2.45 We have used Jedi VCS since we were in Delphi 7. A week ago we discovered that it wasnt running on the server and went to execute it and the GUI did not show up and it looked like although the service showed up on the server task manager the server wasnt running on port2106 as we could not connect through our project in Seattle 10.

This has made it difficult for development.

Have tried uninstalling and re-installing it but no change.

Has anyone had this problem with JVCS?
