python - Discord bot that answers to preset message

Question

So I am trying to make a discord bot that allows members to set certain words and answers

For example, if a member said "/set Jhon to the best person" the bot would answer back "You say Jhon I say best person" and every time someone says Jhon the bot answers the best person

Here is my code, please tell me what to tweak to make this even work
