How can I edit a program .exe and remove some parts of it?

Question

I have an file .exe, when I run that file, they ask me firstly to skip ads

but both option are broken like below so I can't use that broken file,

I try to edit in pycharm but it doesn't show it clearly so I couldn't edit anyhow. So I want to run this file, how else can I make it happen?
