python - Turning a multiple argumented if function with (or and) logic gates into a numpy function

How could I turn function with the format of if((arg_1 or arg_2) and (arg_3 or arg_4) and arg_5)): into a numpy function. arg_1 is meant to be argument 1 and arg_2 is meant to be for argument 2 and so on. So if either of arg_1, arg_2 returns true, either arg_3, arg_4 returns true and arg_5 returns true then the if function will execute.
