mapbox - "Threebox not Defined" error when trying to run demos from Threebox readme

Question

I've been trying to implement this fork of threebox but have been running into trouble just getting the demos to run, getting the error "Threebox is not defined". I'm literally just copying over the code from the demo and running it locally, and the map is rendering so I know it's not an issue with the Mapbox ID code or config file. It's just the 3d model that fails to show up.

I'm running into the same issue when trying to work with the npm package in my project as well. Is anyone else seeing this same issue or am I just missing something obvious? Any help is appreciated.
