visual studio - Convert VS Python project with text file dependency to single executable file

Question

I have tried using pyinstaller and auto-py-to-exe but both requires a the exe file to be placed in a directory with all the other dependencies in order for it to run as intended. So how do I convert VS Python project with text file dependency to single executable file (w/o a console being displayed)?
