python - Program keeps launching unwanted programs

Question

I'm programming a discord bot in Python. However, upon running the program, another random program (always the same one) gets launched. I tried moving that random program that gets launched into a separate directory from the current program, but it's not working. Why does this keep happening?

load_dotenv()
TOKEN = os.getenv('DISCORD_TOKEN')

client = discord.Client()

@client.event
async def on_ready():

client.run(TOKEN)
