asp.net - Trying to divide my columns into further two columns

Hey everyone,

This is what I'm aiming to achieve. It's kind of a dashboard for a client. Here the colored(red/green) box indicates on/off respectively. I've managed to create the buttons but struggling to divide them further into a color button and name tag. I'm coding in asp.net.

I'm new here, so don't have much idea how things works here. Your help will be highly appreciated. TIA.
