经过长时间的研究，我终于找到了解决方案。

1) 为您的应用程序启用所有方向。

2) 子类化你的根导航 Controller ，并实现这 2 个方法

- (BOOL)shouldAutorotate
{
    return NO;
}

- (NSUInteger)supportedInterfaceOrientations
{
    return UIInterfaceOrientationMaskPortrait;
}

3) MPMoviePlayerViewController 的子类

- (NSUInteger)supportedInterfaceOrientations
{
    return UIInterfaceOrientationMaskAll;
}

4) 现在你应该展示子类的 MoviePlayerController，所有的东西都应该可以工作了!
